PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

1.1. This service agreement is concluded by acceptance of this public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Tatiana Romanovna Covtun (hereinafter the "Service Provider") by any interested legal entity, individual entrepreneur, or natural person (hereinafter the "Client").
1.2. In accordance with applicable civil law, acceptance of the terms set out below and payment for services constitutes conclusion of the Agreement on the terms set out in this offer.
1.3. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance by the Client of the Service Provider's offer to conclude the Agreement (acceptance of the offer) shall be the confirmation of readiness to make payment for the Service Provider's services via the payment link on the Website: https://ilovesmm.com.
1.4. By accepting the Agreement, the Client confirms that they have read, agreed to, and fully and unconditionally accept all terms of the Agreement as set out in the text of the Agreement, including any annexes thereto.
1.5. The Client agrees that acceptance of the Agreement constitutes conclusion of the Agreement on the terms set out therein.
1.6. The Agreement may not be revoked.
1.7. The Agreement does not require stamping and/or signing by the Client and the Service Provider and retains its legal force.

2. Subject Matter

2.1. The subject matter of this Agreement is the paid provision of services by the Service Provider in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The Client fully accepts the terms of the Agreement and pays for the Service Provider's services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Payment for Services

3.1. The cost of services under the Agreement is determined in accordance with current prices published on the Website: https://ilovesmm.com.
3.2. The cost of services may be changed by the Service Provider unilaterally.
3.3. Payment methods are indicated at the time of payment processing.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All textual information and graphic images on the Website https://ilovesmm.com are the property of the Service Provider.

5. Special Terms and Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Service Provider is responsible for the timely provision of services provided that the Client fulfils the established requirements and rules.
5.2. The Service Provider is released from liability for breach of the Agreement terms if such breach is caused by force majeure circumstances, including: acts of government authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, power outages, strikes, civil unrest, riots, and any other circumstances not limited to those listed.
5.3. The Service Provider is not responsible for the quality of public communication channels or services providing the Client with access to its services.

6. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Information

6.1. The Service Provider undertakes not to disclose information received from the Client.
6.2. Disclosure of information in accordance with reasonable and applicable legal requirements shall not constitute a breach of obligations.

7. Other Terms

7.1. The Client has all rights and powers necessary to conclude and perform the Agreement.
7.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or supplement any of the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing all changes on its website.
7.3. All matters not regulated by this Agreement shall be governed by applicable law.
