TERMS OF USE

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Agreement") apply to the website https://ilovesmm.com.
1.2. The website https://ilovesmm.com (hereinafter the "Website") is the property of Individual Entrepreneur Tatiana Romanovna Covtun (OGRNIP 321774600286850).
1.3. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Website Administration (hereinafter the "Administration") and the User of the Website.
1.4. The Administration reserves the right to change, add or remove provisions of this Agreement at any time without notice to the User.
1.5. Use of the Website by the User constitutes acceptance of the Agreement and any amendments made to it.
1.6. The User bears personal responsibility for reviewing this Agreement for any changes.

2. Definitions

2.1. The following terms have the following meanings for the purposes of this Agreement:
Website — https://ilovesmm.com, a website containing information about services and/or other values
for the user, enabling the selection, ordering and/or purchase of services.
Administration — authorised staff managing the Website, acting on behalf of Individual Entrepreneur Tatiana Romanovna Covtun.
User — a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.
Content — protected results of intellectual activity, including texts, illustrations, graphic, textual, photographic and other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, software, databases, design, structure and other intellectual property objects contained on the Website.

3. Subject Matter

3.1. The subject matter of this Agreement is granting the User access to the content and services available on the Website.
3.2. Access to the Website is provided on both a paid and free basis.
3.3. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Website, the User is deemed to have joined this Agreement.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Administration has the right to: change the rules of Website use and its content; delete User accounts; refuse registration without explanation.
4.2. The User has the right to: use all available services on the Website; purchase any goods and/or services offered on the Website; submit questions to: ilovesmm.agency@gmail.com; use the Website exclusively for personal non-commercial purposes.
4.3. The User undertakes to: provide additional information upon request of the Administration; respect intellectual property rights; not take actions that could disrupt the normal operation of the Website; not distribute confidential information; not use the Website for advertising without the Administration's consent.
4.4. The User is prohibited from: using automated devices or programs to access, copy or track Website content; disrupting the proper functioning of the Website; attempting to gain unauthorised access to Website functions; performing reverse searches or tracking other Users.

5. Use of the Website

5.1. The Website and its Content are owned and managed by the Administration.
5.2. Website Content is protected by copyright, trademark law and other intellectual property rights.
5.3. The User bears personal responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords.
5.4. The User must immediately notify the Administration of any unauthorised use of their account or any other security breach.
5.5. The Administration has the right to unilaterally cancel a User's account if it has not been used for more than 36 consecutive calendar months without notifying the User.

6. Liability

6.1. Any losses incurred by the User due to wilful or negligent violation of any provision of this Agreement are not compensated by the Administration.
6.2. The Administration is not liable for: delays or failures due to force majeure; actions of payment systems and banks; proper functioning of the Website if the User lacks the necessary technical means.

7. Breach of Terms of Use

7.1. The Administration has the right to disclose information about the User if required by applicable law.
7.2. The Administration may terminate and/or block access to the Website without prior notice if the User has violated this Agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. In the event of any disagreements or disputes between the Parties, a mandatory pre-condition to litigation is the filing of a claim (written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).
8.2. The recipient of a claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the outcome within 30 calendar days of receipt.
8.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved voluntarily, either Party may apply to a court for the protection of their rights.

9. Additional Terms

9.1. The Administration does not accept counter-proposals from the User regarding changes to these Terms of Use.
9.2. User reviews posted on the Website are not confidential and may be used by the Administration without restriction.
